Before joining Samford's faculty, Taylor Cyr taught a variety of ethics courses in the philosophy department at Washington Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ in St. Louis. His scholarly interests lie at the intersection of ethics and metaphysics, including topics like free will, moral responsibility, death, immortality, time (especially time travel), and personal identity.  Cyr produces podcast, featuring interviews with academics who work on free will. The podcast offers beginner-friendly introduction to free will while also highlighting recent developments on the topic.
