Howard Finch holds the Sara J. Krawczak Chair in Financial Management at the Brock School of Business at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. He has served in various faculty and administrative roles at Samford since 2011. Previously, he served on the faculties of Florida Gulf Coast Â鶹ÊÓƵ and the Â鶹ÊÓƵ of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Teaching and Research
Finch teaches managerial finance in the MBA program and undergraduate courses in financial management and investments. His research focuses primarily on the areas of financial and real asset valuation, finance pedagogy, and real estate finance. His work has been published in academic and applied publications including Managerial Finance, Academy of Economics and Finance Journal, Journal of Economics and Finance Education, Journal of Housing Research, Real Estate Practice and Education, The Appraisal Journal and Real Estate Finance.
