The Bulldog Club Hospitality Assistant supports hospitality operations for home football and basketball games, as well as other athletic events hosted throughout the year. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup before events and cleanup afterward, helping with donor and guest check-in, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with any needs that arise during events. Team members are also expected to perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to help ensure a positive experience for donors, guests, and supporters.

Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward Â鶹ÊÓƵ charges.

• Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to assist donors, guests, and event attendees.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations during events.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities as needed.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred but not required.
