The application deadline for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s new accelerated second degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is March 1.Ìý The program offered by Samford’s Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing enables those who already hold a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing to earn a nursing degree in 15 months.

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Students complete the nursing degree in four semesters including a full summer term, going into nursing clinical courses the first semester.Ìý Students applying now would begin classes in the fall.

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree in another field with a minimum grade point average of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale, and meet certain requirements in several science courses.
