Dr. Ashley York is a practicing board-certified women’s health and adult/gerontology nurse practitioner. She graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Union Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ in Jackson, TN. She obtained her bachelors from the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ of Alabama and her Master of Nursing from UAB.   She is a certified online instructor through Quality Matters. She is currently practicing sleep medicine at Pulmonary Associates of the Southeast and volunteering at Sav-a-Life in Vestavia. She is passionate about educating others women’s health, adult/ geriatric nursing, wellness, and health promotion. She is a member of Shades Mountain Baptist Church, volunteering in the preschool or kids ministries.
