
Elizabeth A. Sheaffer, PhD, MBA, MSL became the associate dean for assessment in March 2023 and achieved the rank of professor in 2023. She previously served as a faculty member and director of curriculum and assessment for the Shenandoah Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ School of Pharmacy. Her diverse work history includes training, assessment and evaluation positions with the U.S. Department of State, American College of Cardiology and George Washington Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, as well as web development and project management positions for the U.S. Department of State and Shenandoah Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Sheaffer was a military "brat" and lived in Austria, Germany, Maryland and Virginia during her childhood. She currently resides in Vestavia Hills, Alabama but loves traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
