A New Worship Album for Everyday Family Life
Recorded live at Â鶹ÊÓƵ in collaboration with , these songs draw inspiration from Douglas McKelvey’s and offer language for worship in the everyday moments of life.

The Story Behind the Recording

Faith is nurtured through the rhythms of daily life.

This recording was created to help families and churches integrate worship into those rhythms through songs that are simple, memorable, and rooted in Scripture.

Hear CWA Directors Emily Andrews and Nelson Cowan share the story behind this recording and the hope that inspired it.

The Writing Retreat

Where It All Began

This project began in July 2025 with collaborative songwriting gatherings in Nashville and Birmingham, where writers, worship leaders, and musicians came together to create songs for families and churches.

Over several months, the songs were refined and ultimately recorded live in Reid Chapel at Â鶹ÊÓƵ in February 2026.

For a behind-the-scenes look at the writing process, read reflections from lead producer, songwriter, and Anchor Hymns founder Andrew Osenga.
