Deborah Clayton joined Cumberland School of Law as an administrative assistant serving a number of our law school faculty. A Connecticut native, she relocated to Alabama in 2016 with more than 15 years of experience in both higher education and law. After her undergraduate studies at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ of Connecticut, she worked as a legal secretary specializing in estate planning, property and municipal law. She then went on to work as the assistant to the treasurer of Marywood Â鶹ÊÓƵ and as an executive assistant at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ of Connecticut.
